2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is an informational corporate website describing OVLANDRA, our services, and how to contact us. The Site does not constitute an offer to contract, professional advice, or a binding commitment to perform services. Engagements are subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

  • Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Site by automated means, except for legitimate search-engine indexing.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity in communications with us.
  • Use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVLANDRA disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Information on the Site is provided for general information only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or free of errors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVLANDRA, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Nigerian law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

8. Service engagements

Any professional services you may engage OVLANDRA to provide are governed by a separate written agreement between OVLANDRA and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the engagement agreement governs the services it covers.

9. Privacy
